24. Mai 2013: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass das öffentlich angekündigte Rückkaufprogramm vom 20. April 2010 von Transocean Ltd. nach einer dreijährigen Laufzeit am 20. April 2013 abzuschliessen ist. Sodann wurden Transocean für das neue öffentlich angekündigte Rückkaufprogramm vom 24. Mai 2013 Ausnahmen vom Rückkaufvolumen und von gewissen Marktmissbrauchsregeln für die an der New York Stock Exchange getätigten Rückkäufe gewährt.
24 mai 2013: La Commission des OPA a constaté que le programme de rachat publié le 20 Avril 2010 par Transocean Ltd. devait être clôturé après une période de trois ans. En outre, le nouveau programme de rachat d'actions de Transocean Ltd., publié le 24 mai 2013, bénéficie de dérogations concernant le volume de rachat et les règles d’abus de marché relatives aux transactions effectuées sur le New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
24 May 2013: The Swiss Takeover Board has acknowledged that the public buyback program of 20 April 2010 by Transocean Ltd. has to be terminated on 20 April 2013 after a three-year period. Transocean Ltd. has received exceptions for the new public buyback program of 24 May 2013 concerning the buyback volume and market abuse rules relating buybacks on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
