SHL to record additional income in 2018 from contract in Germany

Tel Aviv / Zurich, May 29, 2018 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that it has generated an income of EUR 6.2 million from cost savings it delivered under a Chronic Disease Management Services contract in Germany, relating to the year 2016. This income will be recognized as revenue in the company's 2018 financial statements.

Yoav Rubinstein, CEO of SHL, said: “This payment is repeated evidence that SHL’s telemedicine model for chronic heart failure patients is reducing costs for health insurers while improving quality of life for patients.”
