Zürich, 28. Bereits vor dem offiziellen Vertriebsstart am 28. Mai 2013 sind gegen 40 Prozent der Einheiten beurkundet oder reserviert. Zurich, 28 May 2013 – Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of high-quality residential real estate in the German-speaking region of Europe, will realise its newest upscale housing project under the name of “Living 108” in Berlin-Mitte, thereby following up on its successful “Living Suites” concept. Already before the official launch of the marketing campaign on 28 May 2013, roughly 40 per cent of the units had been deeded or reserved. Construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2013 and should be completed in early 2015. The anticipated marketing volume of the project amounts to roughly EUR 35 million.

On a newly acquired 2,660 m² plot on Chausseestrasse 108/109, an ensemble of 128 high-quality condominiums with a total living space of 7,569 m² and three commercial units is about to emerge. Following the successful conclusion of the neighbouring project, “Living 106”, Peach Property Group is now coupling its “Living 108” development with the innovative “Living Suites” concept. The name vouches for a spacious, cosmopolitan lifestyle: modern architecture, amenities such as fitness zones and personal services, as well as outstanding value for money are the hallmarks of this project. The two- to four-room units have floor space ranging from around 30 m² to 130 m²with prices between EUR 110,000 and EUR 669,500.

“Living 108” comprises a mix of different residential units suited to specific buyer segments: condominiums, spacious penthouses with rooftop terraces, as well as urbane “Living Suites” which will offer a range of furnishing options and additional services that are increasingly popular amongst international buyers.
