CALIDA increases stake in LAFUMA to 87.70%
CALIDA Holding AG, which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, has agreed with CDC Entreprises Elan PME, a long-term anchor shareholder of LAFUMA, to acquireits stake in LAFUMA amounting to 8.54%. The share purchase agreement has been signed as of 14 June 2018 and will be concluded in the next days.
This purchase increases CALIDA GROUP’s stake in LAFUMA, the leading French sports apparel group, to 87.70%. The shares are being purchased for 17.99 euros each.
CDC Entreprises Elan PME steps down from its position as a member of the Board of Directors of LAFUMA SA.
