Haag, July 4, 2018 -As a result of a faster closing process, VAT Group AG (VAT) decided that it will now release its half year 2018 results on August 2, 2018 instead of August 24, 2018 as previously announced.

VAT will publish a media release at 7am CET on August 2, 2018 and will at the same time make the 2017 half-year report and the presentation slides (in English) available on its website www.vatvalve.com.

The company also plans to host an analyst and media event on this day at 10am in Zurich. Details for the event will be made available shortly.
