,June 6, 2013Nestlé Canada Inc. (NCI) has been advised by the Competition Bureau of charges related to alleged anti-competitive chocolate confectionery practices in Canada against a number of industry members including our company.

The allegations date back to 2007 and earlier.  Nestlé Canada will vigorously defend these charges.
