As part of Feintool International Holding AG's repositioning, existing shareholders were given the possibility to subscribe for new shares. 54 997 registered shares were subscribed. 1 439 805 shares will be offered by way of an international placement.
Feintool International Holding AG has announced that, under the capital increase agreed on in connection with the repositioning, existing shareholders exercised their rights and subscribed 54 997 shares.
1 439 805 shares (including a greenshoe option of up to 150,000 registered shares) are thus being offered as part of a public offer in Switzerland and private placements in certain countries outside the USA. The offer period is expected to run until Wednesday, 19 June 2013, 12.00 (CET).
The subscription and issue price for the shares offered will be determined after expiry of the international placement and is expected to be announced on 20 June 2013 prior to the commencement of trading.
The first day of trading in the new shares is scheduled for 21 June 2013. The payment and delivery date is planned for 24 June 2013.
