Orascom Development Holding AG: largest subsidiary in Egypt, Orascom
Development Egypt (ODE) has entered the main Egyptian Stock Exchange Index
"EGX 30".


Altdorf, January 31, 2019 - Orascom Development Holding (ODH) is pleased to
announce that its largest subsidiary in Egypt, Orascom Development Egypt
(ODE) has been added to the main Egyptian Stock Exchange Index the "EGX 30".

The EGX 30 includes the top thirty companies listed on the Egypt Stock
Exchange. ODE will be part of the EGX 30 effective Sunday, February 3rd,
2019.

ODE's stock was one of the top 5 real estate and tourism stock performers in
2018 with a 48.2% price increase Y-o-Y. The company's market capitalization
grew from EGP 5.2 billion at the beginning of the year and closing it at EGP
7.8 billion.
