Investis sells its subsidiary Régie du Rhône Crans-Montana SA
- Disposal of Régie du Rhône Crans-Montana SA with an annual turnover of CHF 2.2 million in 2018 and 22 empolyees
- The brand “Régie du Rhône” remains with Investis
Following the signing of a sales and purchase agreement today, Investis is announcing the disposal of its 100% subsidiary Régie du Rhône Crans-Montana SA, Lens, to Crans Montana Aminona Immobilier S.A. (CMA Immobilier S.A.). Completion of the transaction is scheduled to take place at the end of February 2019. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Integrated into the Investis Group since 2013 this 100% subsidiary generated an annual turnover of CHF 2.2 million in 2018 and is regionally focused. It concentrates exclusively on Property Management in and around Crans Montana. The company will be rebranded after completion of the disposal, as the brand name “Régie du Rhône” remains with Investis.
