Sanction Proposal against Weatherford International Ltd.
SIX Exchange Regulation has submitted a sanction proposal against Weatherford International Ltd. to the Sanction Commission of SIX Swiss Exchange. After completion of its investigation SIX Exchange Regulation is of the opinion that Weatherford International Ltd. violated the applicable accounting standards US GAAP regarding the accounting for income taxes in its 2011 financial statements.

SIX Exchange Regulation hat der Sanktionskommission von SIX Swiss Exchange einen Sanktionsantrag gegen die Weatherford International Ltd. eingereicht. SIX Exchange Regulation ist nach Abschluss ihrer Untersuchung der Auffassung, dass die Weatherford International Ltd. im Jahresabschluss 2011 die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften von US GAAP zur Bemessung des Steueraufwands verletzt hat.
Demande de sanction à l’encontre de Weatherford International Ltd.
SIX Exchange Regulation a déposé une demande de sanctions à l’encontre de Weatherford International Ltd. auprès de la Commission des sanctions de SIX Swiss Exchange. A l’issue de son enquête, SIX Exchange Regulation considère que Weatherford International Ltd. a enfreint dans ses comptes annuels 2011 les normes comptables US GAAP destinées à mesurer la charge fiscale.
