Frank Brinken, who has been a member of the Board of Directors for many years, will not be standing for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2019. To succeed him, the Board of Directors will propose Till Fust to the Annual General Meeting. The latter is a business economist who is currently completing a Master’s in International Economics. As the grandson of the main shareholder Walter Fust, he will ensure the family's continuity on the Board of Directors of Tornos.
