ISS unterstützt VERAISONs Antrag zur Wahl von Heinz Kundert als Verwaltungsratspräsident der Comet

VERAISON freut sich, dass Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS), der weltgrösste Proxy-Advisor für institutionelle Anleger, Zustimmung zur Wahl von Heinz Kundert als Verwaltungsratspräsident der Comet Holding AG empfiehlt. Heinz Kundert hat in den letzten Wochen zahlreiche Aktionäre persönlich getroffen und dabei viel positives Feedback erhalten. VERAISON ist überzeugt, dass Comet im Nachgang zur Generalversammlung vom 25. April 2019 von den Erfahrungen und der Führungspersönlichkeit von Heinz Kundert profitieren kann.

ISS begründet seine Empfehlung damit, dass eine erfahrene Führung auf Stufe Verwaltungsrat erforderlich sei, um die aktuellen Herausforderungen von Comet zu meistern. Dazu sei Heinz Kundert mit seiner Führungs- und operativen Erfahrung, seinen detaillierten Kenntnissen der Halbleiterindustrie sowie seiner Kapitalmarkt- und VR-Erfahrung, der geeignetere Kandidat als Verwaltungsratspräsident.

Heinz Kundert lässt sich wie folgt zitieren: "Comet ist ein sehr interessantes und erfolgreiches Unternehmen mit viel Potential und tollen Mitarbeitern. Des Weiteren unterstützt ISS auch die Senkung der Traktandierungshürde von 10% auf 3% sowie die Anpassung der Traktandierungsfrist von 45 auf 35 Tage.
