ARYZTA AG is the majority shareholder in Origin Enterprises Plc ("Origin"), which is listed on the AIM in London (OGN) and the ESM in Dublin (OIZ).  Origin has released a statement relating to the disposal of its Marine Proteins and Oils JV interest.
