Chiasso, 13 May 2019 - lastminute.com N.V. and Bravonext SA (“lm group”) – a European leader in the online travel and leisure industry – announces today that the Court of Lugano has rejected the main requests of the additional lawsuits brought by Ryanair Ltd (“Ryanair”) against them in 2009.

The rulings confirm that lm group does not violate any intellectual property rights on the Ryanair database or any contractual obligation towards Ryanair in performing its online travel agency activities in respect of this airline flights.

This comes a few days after the historic win, in which the court fully accepted the motion of Bravonext SA against Ryanair, confirming that lm group can continue to lawfully offer to all its customers the possibility to compare and reserve Ryanair tickets through the lm group websites; lastminute.com, volagratis.com, rumbo.es, weg.de, bravofly.com, and others.
