Appointment of interim acting Managing Director in Germany

Tel Aviv / Zurich, 21 May 2019 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today the appointment of Ralf Bork as interim acting Managing Director of SHL Germany.

Ralf Bork will take over from Martin Lehner who will be departing at the end of May, 2019. Ralf Bork has significant experience in the German healthcare market and has held the positions of Head of International Development and Deployment at Allianz Global Health Munich and VP Commercial at ResMed Healthcare Germany. He has been serving as VP Telehealth Solutions of SHL Germany since February 2018.
