Altstaetten, May 23, 2019 – Werner Mannschedel, Head of Research and Development, Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs for many years, will leave COLTENE Group Management at the end of September 2019 in view of his upcoming retirement. He will remain at the disposal of the Company for special tasks. In the future, his functions within the COLTENE Group will be performed directly by the individual production sites. The Board of Directors of COLTENE Holding AG thanks Werner Mannschedel for more than thirty years of commitment and his contribution to the success of the Company.

Werner Mannschedel joined ROEKO GmbH + Co KG, Langenau, Germany, in 1988 as Head of Quality Control and Analytics. In 1998 he was promoted to General Manager. After the takeover of ROEKO by the COLTENE Group in 2002, he was initially responsible for operations in the EMEA region and later for Global Operations. In 2015, Werner Mannschedel was appointed to the Group Management of COLTENE Holding AG as Vice President R&D, Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs.
