Good Buildings SREF / Subject: Good Buildings SREF: Listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange as of 21 August 2019 11.07.2019 / 16:10 CET Good Buildings SREF: Listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange as of 21 August 2019 BERNINVEST AG plans to list its Swiss real estate fund Good Buildings SREF on the Swiss Stock Exchange in accordance with the Standard for Collective Investment Schemes as of 21 August 2019. Listing is subject to approval of the listing application by SIX Swiss Exchange AG and approval by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA of the fund contract amendments required as a result of the listing. As of this date, the real estate fund will be open not only to qualified new investors but also to private investors. Listing will enable investors to benefit from increased liquidity and standardized trading of their fund units. The Good Buildings SREF will be included in the "SXI Real Estate Broad" and the "SXI Real Estate Funds Broad" with the listing.
