Sanction Commission fines Publigroupe Ltd for deficient disclosures in its interim financial statements
In its interim financial statements 2012 Publigroupe Ltd failed to disclose in sufficient detail the offsetting of goodwill from associates against equity as well as its accounting treatment of asso-ciates. As a result the Sanction Commission imposed a fine in the amount of CHF 40,000 on the company.

Die Publigroupe AG hat in ihrem Halbjahresabschluss 2012 die Verrechnung von Goodwill der assoziierten Gesellschaften gegen das Eigenkapital respektive die Behandlung von assoziierten Gesellschaften ungenügend erläutert. Deshalb hat die Sanktionskommission eine Busse in Höhe von CHF 40'000 gegen die Gesellschaft ausgesprochen.

Dans ses comptes semestriels 2012, Publigroupe SA a fourni des explications insuffisantes sur la compensation du goodwill des sociétés associées avec les fonds propres ainsi qu’au traitement des sociétés associées. La Commission des sanctions a en conséquence infligé une amende d’un montant de CHF 40’000 à la société.
