Zurich, Switzerland, July 19, 2013: Pursuant to Art. 10 and 21 of the Stock Exchange Ordinance-FINMA, SESTO-FINMA, Adecco S.A. has received the following notification:

As of July 19, 2013, a group represented by Jacobs Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland is holding 18.43% of the share capital of the company in shares, of which 18.43% are equity (registered shares).

The trigger for the notification is a change in the composition of the group which holds the Adecco securities.
