Neue Leitung der Unternehmensgruppe GF AgieCharmilles

Jean-Pierre Wilmes, Leiter der Unternehmensgruppe GF AgieCharmilles, tritt ab 1. Januar 2013 in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand. Die Nachfolge in der Leitung dieser Unternehmensgruppe übernimmt zum gleichen Zeitpunkt Pascal Boillat, der bisherige Leiter „Operations“ bei GF AgieCharmilles.
Pascal Boillat ist 57 Jahre alt, verheiratet und Schweizer Staatsbürger. Er ist ausgebildeter Elektroingenieur und hat umfangreiche berufliche Erfahrungen in der Werkzeugmaschinen-branche gesammelt. Von 2002 bis zu seinem Eintritt bei GF AgieCharmilles (2010) war er Präsident und CEO von GE Fanuc Europe.
Jean-Pierre Wilmes blickt auf eine mehr als 40-jährige, erfolgreiche Karriere bei GF AgieCharmilles zurück. Nach seinen Studien im Bereich Metallurgie und in Business Administration in Frankreich hatte er verschiedene verantwortungsvolle Führungsfunktionen bei GF AgieCharmilles inne. Im September 2010 übernahm er die Leitung dieser Unternehmensgruppe.
Verwaltungsrat und Konzernleitung danken Jean-Pierre Wilmes für sein ausserordentliches Engagement und sein erfolgreiches Wirken zum Wohle von GF AgieCharmilles.

Ab 1. Januar 2013 setzt sich die Konzernleitung wie folgt zusammen: Yves Serra, CEO; Roland Abt, CFO; Pietro Lori, GF Piping Systems; Josef Edbauer, GF Automotive; Pascal Boillat, GF AgieCharmilles.

New Head of GF AgieCharmilles
Oct 11, 2012 7:00 AMJean-Pierre Wilmes, Head of GF AgieCharmilles, will retire on 1 January 2013. His successor will be Pascal Boillat, currently Head of Operations at GF AgieCharmilles, who will be taking up his new post on the same date.
Pascal Boillat, 57 years old, is married and a Swiss citizen. He graduated as electrical engineer and has an extensive professional experience in the machine tool sector. He was also President and CEO of GE Fanuc Europe from 2002 until he joined GF AgieCharmilles in 2010.
Jean-Pierre Wilmes can look back to a successful career at GF AgieCharmilles spanning more than 40 years. After studying metallurgy and business administration in France, he held a number of important management positions at GF AgieCharmilles. He became Head of the Corporate Group in September 2010.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee would like to thank Jean-Pierre Wilmes for his exceptional commitment and important contributions to GF AgieCharmilles’ success.
We also wish Pascal Boillat every success and fulfillment in his new, challenging position.
