The Board of Directors of Ascom Holding AG has appointed Jeannine Pilloud as permanent CEO of the Ascom Group on 7 November 2019. Since she assumes the full operational responsibility as CEO, Jeannine Pilloud steps down as Chairperson and Member of the Board of Ascom Holding AG with immediate effect.
In addition, the Board of Directors of Ascom Holding AG elected Dr Valentin Chapero Rueda as new Chairman of the Board of Directors for the remaining term of office until the Annual General Meeting 2020 according to the Articles of Association of Ascom Holding AG. He will stand for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
In order to ensure independence, Valentin Chapero Rueda withdraws from all operational duties at Veraison Capital, as mutually agreed.
