SGS ANNOUNCES NEW SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM

SGS SA announces a new CHF 200m share buyback program for the purpose of capital reduction starting on February 17, 2020. A dedicated second trading line on SIX Swiss Exchange will be used to execute the share buyback. The program will end latest on December 30, 2020.
