The Annual General Meeting 2020 of Ascom Holding AG will take place under extraordinary conditions due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Shareholders are not allowed to attend in person and are requested to vote via independent proxy.
Ascom Holding AG will held its Annual General Meeting on 15 April 2020, as planned. In accordance with the requirements as defined in the Ordinance of the Federal Council of Switzerland on Measures to Combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19) (status as of 21 March 2020), shareholders will not be allowed to attend the event in person. Shareholders are requested to vote by giving a power of attorney to the independent proxy.
