A major German chain of clinics renews its service contract with Ascom for a duration of 10 years with a contract value of CHF 1.2 million.
For many years, Ascom has been the reliable partner for the German chain of clinics that operates socially oriented facilities such as psychiatric and forensic departments. The chain of clinics relies on the proven Ascom DECT communication system, which is equipped with personal emergency signaling systems, to ensure safety in the workplace.
Ascom got the contract extension for ten years thanks to the reliability of the system, a customer-oriented service concept and good integration with other solution components used.
