Zurich, Switzerland, August 27, 2013: Pursuant to art. 10 and 21 of the Stock Exchange Ordinance-FINMA, Adecco S.A. has received the following notification:

As of August 26, 2013, a group represented by Jacobs Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland is holding 18.43% of the share capital of the company in shares (Adecco registered shares).

The trigger for the notification is a reorganisation within the group which holds the Adecco securities.
