August, 2013 - International Minerals Corporation (Toronto und Schweizer Börse: das 'Unternehmen' oder 'IMZ') freut sich, die Ernennung von Dr. Axel Schweitzer als neues unabhängiges Verwaltungsratsmitglied bekanntzugeben. Er ersetzt Mr. Roberto Banquerizo, der im Juli zurückgetreten ist. Dr. Schweitzer ist der Chief Executive Officer der ALBA Group, eines deutschen Unternehmens, das auf Recycling spezialisiert ist und in Berlin ansässig ist. International Minerals Appoints New Independent Director Scottsdale, Arizona, August 29, 2013 - International Minerals Corporation (Toronto and Swiss stock exchanges: the 'Company' or 'IMZ') is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Axel Schweitzer as a new independent director, replacing Mr. Roberto Baquerizo who resigned in July.
