Forbo suspendiert bis auf Weiteres das genehmigte Aktienrückkaufprogramm, um Treasury Shares im Umfang von bis zu maximal 2,5% veräussern zu können. Die Veräusserung dieser Treasury Shares ermöglicht eine Erhöhung der verrechnungssteuerfrei ausschüttbaren Kapitaleinlagereserven.

Suspension of share buyback program

Until further notice, Forbo is suspending its approved share buyback program in order to be able to sell up to a maximum of 2.5% of treasury shares. The sale of these treasury shares will increase the distributable, withholding tax free capital contribution reserves.
