Züblin Immobilien Holding AG: Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting approves election of additional Board Member
On occasion of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 21 October 2020 67.7% of the share capital was represented.
Züblin Shareholders approved the election of Mr. David Schaerli as additional Board Member and representative of the Shareholders Group Ketom AG, Wiederkehr Associates AG und Dr. Hans-Rudolf and Mrs. Ursina Schaerli with 91.2% of the represented votes. The election will be for a term of office until the next ordinary Annual General Meeting in 2021.
| David C. Schaerli (born 1980) studied law at the University of St. Gallen (Master 2004). After having worked for law firm Mühlebach, Lucerne/Switzerland, and Private Bank Reichmuth & Co., Lucerne/ Switzerland, Mr. Schaerli became partner and managing partner of the Zurich-based investment company Wiederkehr Associates AG in 2011. Wiederkehr’s focus is on Asset Management, Direct Investments and Real Estate. Since 2014, David Schaerli has been active as Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Concorde Industries AG in various Concorde Group companies in Switzerland and abroad. |
