Forbo hat den am 9. September 2013 angekündigten Verkauf von Treasury Shares im Umfang von bis zu maximal 2,5% abgeschlossen und hat dadurch die verrechnungssteuerfrei ausschüttbaren Kapitaleinlagereserven entsprechend erhöht. Die im Zusammenhang mit der Veräusserung dieser Treasury Shares erfolgte Suspendierung des genehmigten Aktienrückkaufprogramms ist damit aufgehoben.

Forbo has concluded the sale of a maximum of 2.5% of treasury shares that it had announced on September 9, 2013, and as a result, has increased its distributable, withholding tax free capital contribution reserves. The suspension of the approved share buyback program in connection with the sale of these treasury shares has therefore been revoked.
