Zurich, 3 December 2020 – UBS announced its intention to cancel USD 150m of the original USD 2.0bn Fixed Rate Notes due April 2021 ISINs US90351DAD93 and USG91703AH44 (the "Notes"), following a partial repurchase, leaving USD 1.85bn notional outstanding. The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG, on 5 April 2016 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. It is expected that this partial cancellation of the Notes will occur in the next two weeks following the date of this announcement.
