Erstes Engagement in Italien

Die Kooperation HelveticWind erwirbt ihren ersten Windpark in Italien (Apulien). Der Park weist eine Kapazität von insgesamt 36 MW auf und ist bereits in Betrieb.

 

Die 24 Turbinen des Windparks Eolo produzieren zusammen rund 67 Gigawattstunden Strom. Über den Kaufpreis haben die Partner Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Die Kooperation HelveticWind wurde im März 2010 von Energie Wasser Bern (ewb) und der BKW Energie AG gegründet. Im Januar 2012 stiessen die EBL (Genossenschaft Elektra Baselland), die EKZ Renewables AG, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ), und die SN Erneuerbare Energie AG (SNEE) dazu. Ziel der Partner ist es, in den nächsten Jahren ein Windkraft-Portfolio mit 170 Megawatt (MW) Leistung zu realisieren. Die ewb und BKW halten je 29% der Gesellschaftsrechte, EKZ etwas mehr als 20% und EBL und SNEE je knapp 11%. Die Aktivitäten von HelveticWind konzentrieren sich vorderhand auf die Länder Deutschland und Italien.

HelveticWind verfügt in Deutschland bereits über fünf weitere Windparks mit einer Gesamtleistung von 85 MW.

Premier engagement en Italie

La coopération HelveticWind a acquis en Italie (Pouilles) un parc éolien d'une capacité totale de 36 mégawattheures (MW).

 

Les 24 turbines du parc éolien Eolo produisent environ 67 gigawattheures d'électricité. Le montant de la transaction n'a pas été divulgué.

La coopération HelveticWind a été fondée en mars 2010 par Energie Wasser Bern (ewb) et BKW Energie SA. En janvier 2012, EBL (Genossenschaft Elektra Baselland), EKZ Renewables AG, une filiale de Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ), et SN Erneuerbare Energie AG (SNEE) ont rejoint le partenariat. L'objectif des partenaires est de constituer au cours des prochaines années un portefeuille éolien d'une puissance de 170 MW. ewb et BKW détiennent chacune 29% des droits de la société, EKZ un peu plus de 20%, et EBL et SNEE près de 11% chacune. Les activités d'HelveticWind se concentrent principalement sur l'Allemagne et l'Italie.

Primo investimento in Italia

Il consorzio HelveticWind acquista per la prima volta un parco eolico in Italia (Puglia). Il parco ha una capacità installata complessiva di 36 MW ed è già operativa.

 

I 24 aerogeneratori del parco eolico Eolo producono complessivamente circa 67 gigawattora di energia. Le parti non hanno reso noto il prezzo d’acquisto.

Il consorzio HelveticWind è stato costituito nel marzo 2010 da Energie Wasser Bern (ewb) e BKW Energie SA. A gennaio 2012 vi sono entrati a far parte anche EBL (Genossenschaft Elektra Baselland), EKZ Renewables AG, un’affiliata dell’azienda elettrica del Cantone di Zurigo EKZ e SN Erneuerbare Energie AG (SNEE). L’obiettivo della partnership è quello di ottenere nei prossimi anni un portafoglio eolico con 170 megawatt di potenza installata. ewb e BKW detengono ciascuna il 29% della società, EKZ detiene poco più del 20% ed EBL e SNEE hanno rispettivamente una quota dell’11%. Le attività di HelveticWind sono concentrate principalmente in Germania e in Italia.

First commitment in Italy

HelveticWind

 

The HelveticWind joint venture is acquiring a wind farm in Italy (Apulia) for the first time. The farm has a total capacity of 36 MW and is already in operation.

 

The 24 turbines at the Eolo wind farm together generate around 67 GWh of electricity. The partners have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

HelveticWind is a joint venture founded in March 2010 by Energie Wasser Bern (ewb) and BKW Energy Ltd. In January 2012 they were joined by EBL (Genossenschaft Elektra Baselland), EKZ Renewables AG – a subsidiary of Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ) – and SN Erneuerbare Energie AG (SNEE). The partners’ objective is to build a portfolio of wind farms with total capacity of 170 MW over the coming years. ekb and BKW each have a 29% stake in the venture, while EKZ holds slightly over 20% and EBL and SNEE have just under 11% each. HelveticWind are currently focusing their activities in Germany and Italy.

HelveticWind already operates 5 additional wind farms in Germany with a total production of 85 MW.
