We are happy to announce that we signed a contract with the Italian railway company Ferrovie della Calabria (FdC) for the delivery of four tailor-made, Diesel-electric adhesion trains. The two-part vehicles are specially designed for operation on narrow gauge (950mm) on the railway lines operated by Ferrovie della Calabria; a safe operation is granted by use of SCMT signalling equipment. The large panoramic windows, comfortable "vis-a-vis" seats and spacious low-floor areas with dedicated space for wheelchairs and bicycles complete the overall picture of these modern and efficient railcars. The contract includes a full-service maintenance program and spare parts, as well as the optional supply of further ten vehicles.
