Claude Cornaz will not stand for re-election as member of the board
Claude Cornaz (60), who has served since 2002 as a member of the board of directors and the compensation committee, will not stand for re-election at the 2021 annual general meeting.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his many years of dedicated service and the entrepreneurial thinking he brought to the strategic positioning of the Group and the divisions. His in-depth industry know-how in the field of glass container manufacturing was extremely valuable.
