Kardex Gruppe: Ausserordentliche Generalversammlung genehmigt Antrag des Verwaltungsrats
Heute Morgen fand in Zürich die ausserordentliche Generalversammlung der
Kardex AG statt. An dieser Generalversammlung waren insgesamt 44.46% des
stimmberechtigten Aktienkapitals vertreten.
Der Antrag des Verwaltungsrats zur Ausschüttung einer Sonderdividende wurde
mit deutlicher Mehrheit angenommen. Diese erfolgt in Form einer
Ausschüttung aus Kapitaleinlage-Reserve im Umfang von CHF 4.00 pro
Namenaktie. Die Ausschüttung dieser Dividende erfolgt am 2. Oktober 2013
(Ex-Tag 27. September 2013) und ist verrechnungssteuerfrei. Aktionäre, die
ihre Aktien im Privatvermögen halten, haben zudem keine Einkommenssteuer zu
entrichten.
Die 36. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Kardex AG findet am 24. April
2014 in Zürich statt.

Kardex Group Extraordinary General Meeting approves the proposal by the Board of Directors
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Kardex AG took place this morning in
Zurich. A total of 44.46% of the company's voting share capital was
represented at this Extraordinary General Meeting.
The proposal to approve the distribution of a special dividend put forward
by the Board of Directors was approved with a clear majority. This will be
made in the form of a payment from capital contributions reserve worth CHF
4.00 per registered share. This dividend payment will be made on 2 October
2013 (Ex-Day 27 September 2013) and is not subject to withholding tax. It
is tax-free for private Swiss individuals.
The 36th ordinary Annual General Meeting of Kardex AG will take place on 24
April 2014 in Zurich.
