Tel Aviv / Zurich, 25 August 2021 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN), a
leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, today announced
it has signed an agreement to acquire 70% of the Mediton Group companies. The acquisition is
accretive to SHL as of day one.
