VT5 Acquisition Company AG ("VT5"), a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC"), today announces its successful Initial Public Offering ("IPO") which was oversubscribed on a total amount of CHF 200 million. The listing and trading of VT5 Class A Shares and redeemable warrants on SIX Swiss Exchange are expected to commence on 15 December 2021.

• In the IPO, 20,000,001 Class A Shares accompanied by 6,666,657 redeemable warrants, at CHF 10 per share plus 1/3 of a warrant per share, were sold
• Net proceeds are CHF 198 million
• Listing and separate trading of Class A Shares and redeemable warrants expected to start on 15 December 2021 under the respective symbols of VT5 and VT5W
