Januar 2022: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass das öffentliche Kaufangebot von CSL Behring AG an die Aktionäre von Vifor Pharma AG den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen entspricht und Feststellungen betreffend die Behandlung der Mitarbeiter-Beteiligungspläne von Vifor Pharma AG im Zusammenhang mit dem öffentlichen Kaufangebot von CSL Behring AG an die Aktionäre der Vifor Pharma AG erlassen. 18 janvier 2022: La Commission des OPA a constaté que l'offre publique d'acquisition de CSL Behring AG aux actionnaires de Vifor Pharma AG est conforme aux dispositions légales et émis des constatations concernant le traitement des plans de participation pour collaborateurs de Vifor Pharma AG dans le contexte de l'offre publique d'acquisition de CSL Behring AG aux actionnaires de Vifor Pharma AG. 18 January 2022: The
