The Coop Group Cooperative is planning to increase its stake in Bell Food Group AG to over 66.67% in the near future in order to continue benefiting from Bell's success. With a 66.29% stake in Bell Food Group AG at present, the Coop Group Cooperative considers this an ideal time to increase its participation. There are no plans to acquire the company or delist it from SIX.
