28. Juli 2022: Die Übernahmekommission hat Feststellungen betreffend das Nichtbestehen einer Angebotspflicht an die Aktionäre von MCH Group AG erlassen und dem Kanton Basel-Stadt eine Sanierungsausnahme von der Angebotspflicht mit Blick auf die Aktien der MCH Group AG gewährt.

28 juillet 2022: La Commission des OPA a émis des constatations concernant l'inexistence de l'obligation de présenter une offre publique d'acquisition aux actionnaires de MCH Group SA, et accordé au Canton de Bâle-Ville une dérogation à l'obligation de présenter une offre aux actionnaires de MCH Group SA à des fins d'assainissement.

28 July 2022: The Swiss Takeover Board has made statements regarding the non-existence of the obligation to launch a public tender offer to MCH Group Ltd.'s shareholders and has granted an exception from the duty to make a public tender offer for reorganisation purposes with respect to the shares of MCH Group Ltd. to the Canton of Basel Stadt.
