Swatch Group: Mehrheit an Rivoli Dubai

Biel (Schweiz), 25. November 2013 – Die Technocorp Holding AG, eine Tochtergesellschaft der Swatch Group, erhöht ihre Beteiligung an der FirmaRivoli Investments LLC in Dubai durch den Kauf eines Aktienpakets und übernimmt damit die Kontrolle über Rivoli Investments LLC.

Swatch Group war bisher über ihre Tochter Technocorp mit 40% am Aktienkapital derRivoli Investments LLC beteiligt.

Rivoli betreibt im Mittleren Osten ein Netz von über 360 Detailhandelsgeschäften, die vorwiegend im Uhrenbereich tätig sind. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt über 1500 Mitarbeitende.

Die Swatch Group Uhrenmarken werden in dieser Region seit langem auch über die Geschäfte von Rivoli angeboten.

Swatch Group: participation majoritaire dans Rivoli Dubaï

Bienne (Suisse), le 25 novembre 2013 – Technocorp Holding SA, une société deSwatch Group, relève sa participation dans la société Rivoli Investments LLC à Dubaï via l’achat d’un bloc d’actions et prend à cette occasion le contrôle deRivoli Investments LLC.

Swatch Group a détenu jusqu’à présent une participation à hauteur de 40% du capital-actions deRivoli Investments LLC via sa société Technocorp.

Rivoli exploite au Moyen-Orient un réseau d’environ 360 commerces de détail, essentiellement actifs dans le secteur horloger. L’entreprise emploie plus de 1500 collaborateurs.

Les marques de montres de Swatch Group sont depuis longtemps commercialisées également via les magasins de Rivoli dans cette région.

La partecipazione azionaria di Swatch Group è finora stata del 40% del capitale diRivoli Investments LLC, mediante la propria filiale Technocorp.

Rivoli gestisce in Medio Oriente una rete di più di 360 punti vendita al dettaglio, prevalentemente attivi nel settore orologiero. La società conta più di 1500 collaboratori.

Da molto tempo in questa regione i marchi orologieri di Swatch Group vengono proposti anche dai negozi Rivoli.

Swatch Group: Majority holding in Rivoli Dubai

Biel / Bienne (Switzerland), 25 November 2013 – Technocorp Holding Ltd., aSwatch Group company, is increasing its stake in Dubai-based companyRivoli Investments LLC by purchasing a tranche of shares and is thus taking control of Rivoli Investments LLC.

Swatch Group previously held a 40% equity interest in Rivoli Investments LLC through its Technocorp subsidiary.

Rivoli operates a network of over 360 retail businesses in the Middle East, predominantly active in the watch segment. The company has a workforce of over 1500 employees.

Rivoli shops have for a long time offered Swatch Group watch brands for sale in this region.
