MedienmitteilungWalter Fust hat heute morgen 6.30 Uhr ein öffentliches Kaufangebot für alle sich im Publikum befindenden Aktien der Tornos Holding AG zu einem Preis von CHF 4.70 bekannt gegeben. Der Verwaltungsrat von Tornos nimmt davon Kenntnis und verzichtet auf die Abgabe einer Empfehlung zur Annahme bzw. Ablehnung des Angebots. Er vertritt die Ansicht, dass der Angebotspreis für die Aktie zu tief angesetzt ist. Le Conseil d’administration de Tornos prend acte de l’offre publiée et renonce à faire part d’une recommandation concernant l'acceptation ou le refus de l'offre. Il est d’avis que le prix de l’offre par action est trop bas.
