AFG löst Konsortialkredit durch neue Finanzierung ab und sichert finanzielle Stabilität

Kreditvertrag über CHF 250 Mio. sichert finanzielle Basis des Konzerns – Vereinbarte Bedingungen als Ausdruck einer positiven Resonanz auf die AFG-Strategie

Arbon, 2. Dezember 2013 – Für die langfriste Sicherung einer flexiblen Finanzierung und um ein weiteres Wachstum der Gruppe zu gewährleisten, unterzeichnete die AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG einen Kredit mit einem Finanzierungsrahmen in der Höhe von CHF 250 Mio. Der von einem Bankenkonsortium unter der Führung der Credit Suisse arrangierte Kredit läuft bis zum 30. November 2018.

CFO Felix Bodmer zeigt sich demnach zufrieden mit dieser Finanzierung: «Die erzielten Bedingungen sehen wir als Anerkennung der AFG-Strategie im Finanzmarkt». Mit der Finanzierung wird ein im Jahr 2007 abgeschlossener Konsortialkredit über CHF 275 Mio. abgelöst, der Ende Dezember 2013 abläuft.

Un contrat de crédit de CHF 250 millions assure la base financière du groupe – Les conditions convenues expriment une réaction positive à la stratégie d'AFG

Arbon, le 2 Décembre 2013 – Pour garantir à long terme un financement flexible et assurer une croissance supplémentaire du groupe, la société AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG a souscrit un crédit dans un cadre de financement à hauteur de CHF 250 millions. Ce crédit, arrangé par un consortium de banques sous la direction du Credit Suisse, aura cours jusqu'au 30 novembre 2018.

Felix Bodmer, CFO, se déclare satisfait de ce financement: «Nous considérons les conditions obtenues comme une reconnaissance de la stratégie d’AFG sur le marché financier.» Ce financement remplace un crédit consortial conclu en 2007 pour CHF 275 millions, qui arrivera à échéance fin décembre 2013.

AFG replaces consortium loan with new financing and secures financial stability

Loan agreement for CHF 250 million secures Group's financial basis – Agreed terms reflect positive response to the AFG strategy

Arbon, 2 December 2013 – In order to secure flexible financing in the long term and guarantee further growth of the Group, AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG has signed a loan agreement with a financing framework of CHF 250 million. The loan set up under a consortium of banks led by Credit Suisse expires on 30 November 2018.

CFO Felix Bodmer is therefore satisfied with this financing arrangement: "We view the terms reached as recognition of the AFG strategy in the financial market." The financing agreement will replace a consortium loan for CHF 275 million concluded in 2007 that expires at the end of December 2013.
