Silicondust to use Myriad's DLNA Connect & Share Technology powering Android devices as second screens for HDHomeRun DLNA Certified Tuners

ZURICH, Switzerland – 2 December, 2013 – Myriad Group AG (SIX: MYRN), the company creating and connecting communities across mobile and TV, today announces that Silicondust USA Inc. has selected Myriad’s industry-leading DLNA Connect & Share technology for use as a second screen application to stream live TV to Android devices from their HDHomeRun DLNA Certified Tuners.

Myriad Connect & Share offers a fully integrated, feature rich and secure software suite, enabling the sharing of multimedia content anytime, anywhere. Myriad Connect & Share triggers multi-screen use cases within the home network by leveraging DLNA and DCTP-IP standards creating a highly interoperable solution. Music, photos, protected videos including premium live TV programmes can be seamlessly shared across all connected devices within the home network securely, including mobile, TVs, set-top boxes, Blu-ray players and other CE devices.
