A new era in road safety: breakthrough innovation in automotive front lighting Meet EVIYOS® 2.0, a novel intelligent multipixel LED for front lighting that creates a fundamental leap in road safety in more ways than one. It can selectively illuminate the road ahead to maximize the driver’s view in high-beam mode without creating glare for other road users, including oncoming traffic. The technology advances to deliver 25,000 megapixels for fundamentally more emitting power. This gives drivers more time to react to hazards that would otherwise be invisible or partially hidden. Furthermore, EVIYOS® can project images onto the road at night, so the car communicates in a new way with both the driver and other road users. |

| OSP protocol: RGBi (OSIRE E3731i) Our new OSIRE® E3731i RGB LED features a digital core that enables low-latency communication over a standard serial bus interface with any microcontroller. We have also developed a new Open System Protocol (OSP) running on the E3731i. Using this OSP, any microcontroller can transmit instructions to modulate brightness and color individually to each LED. It is available for use license- and royalty-free by any car, LED, lighting system or microcontroller manufacturer. By using the E3731i LED and OSP, automotive manufacturers can realize novel dynamic lighting effects in the car interior. Up to 1,000 LEDs can be connected in a daisy chain, controlled via a single microcontroller.

The chip’s 19,200 individually controllable LEDs enable fully adaptive, dynamic headlight operation and image projection.
