Zürich, 07. Januar 2014 Die Credit Suisse hat heute frühere Finanzergebnisse veröffentlicht, entsprechend der am 24. Oktober 2013 bekannt gegebenen künftigen Berichterstattungsstruktur, die die Schaffung der nicht strategischen Einheiten in den Divisionen der Credit Suisse berücksichtigt. Die Credit Suisse wird die Ergebnisse des Corporate Center ebenfalls in strategisch und nicht strategisch unterteilen und hat die angestrebte Abwicklung der nicht strategischen Positionen zur Reduktion der Leverage Exposure und der risikogewichteten Aktiven beschleunigt. David Mathers, Chief Financial Officer, wird heute um 9.00 Uhr MEZ in einem kurzen Webcast die wichtigsten Kennzahlen erläutern.
Um die Ergebnisse der nicht strategischen Einheiten innerhalb der Ergebnisse der Divisionen und des Corporate Center separat auszuweisen, ändert die Credit Suisse die Berichterstattungsstruktur ab der Ergebnispräsentation für das vierte Quartal 2013 und das Gesamtjahr 2013, die am oder um den 6. Februar 2014 stattfindet. Die Schaffung der nicht strategischen Einheiten hat keinen Einfluss auf die konsolidierten Ergebnisse der Credit Suisse Group oder auf die Kernergebnisse.
Die Credit Suisse hat zudem die Abwicklung ihrer nicht strategischen Positionen beschleunigt, um schneller eine Reduktion der Leverage Exposure und der risikogewichteten Aktiven zu erreichen. Die Credit Suisse will bis 2015 die Leverage Exposure der nicht strategischen Einheiten um 76% und die in den nicht strategischen Einheiten gebundenen risikogewichteten Aktiven um 58% gegenüber dem 30. September 2013 verringern.
Wie sich die geänderte Berichterstattungsstruktur auf die Ergebnisse der Divisionen und des Corporate Center und die beschleunigte Abwicklung auswirken, ist in der beiliegenden Präsentation zusammengefasst. Die zusätzlich beiliegende Tabelle zeigt die angepassten Finanzergebnisse für die ersten drei Quartale 2013 und für alle Quartale 2012 und 2011.
