13. März 2024: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass die statutarische formell selektive und befristete Opting out-Bestimmung von Galderma Group AG übernahmerechtlich gültig ist.

13 mars 2024: La Commission des OPA a constaté que la clause statutaire d'opting out de Galderma Group SA, formellement sélective et limitée dans le temps, est valable du point de vue du droit des OPA.

13 March 2024: The Swiss Takeover Board has stated that Galderma Group Ltd's formal selective and limited in time opting-out provision is valid in respect of takeover law.
