PDFDie Tornos Gruppe hat ihre Finanzierungsgrundlage neu geregelt. Dazu ersetzen private Darlehen die bankenfinanzierten Kreditlinien.
Die Tornos Gruppe hat ihre Finanzierungsstruktur angepasst und sie vertraglich wie folgt geregelt: Dem Unternehmen wird durch zwei industrielle Aktionäre ein Kreditrahmen im Umfang von CHF 20 Mio. gewährt. Dies erfolgt in Form von Darlehen in Höhe von CHF 10 Mio., die seit Oktober 2012 zur Verfügung stehen, sowie durch einen zusätzlichen Kreditrahmen von CHF 10 Mio. mit einer Laufzeit bis 31.3.2015. Zudem werden Bankbürgschaften in Höhe von CHF 8 Mio. gestellt. Dieser Schritt, der von grossem Vertrauen der beiden Aktionäre zeugt, verschafft der Tornos Gruppe eine solide finanzielle Basis zu attraktiven Bedingungen. Über die genannten Verträge hinaus bestehen keine Fazilitäten mit Banken oder anderen Partnern.

PDFLe Groupe Tornos a revu sa structure de financement. Un nouveau prêt privé remplace les lignes de crédit qui étaient financées par des banques.
Le groupe Tornos a modifié sa structure de financement selon les nouvelles bases contractuelles suivantes : L’entreprise a obtenu, de la part de deux actionnaires industriels, une ligne de crédit d’un montant de CHF 20 millions. Ce montant se compose du prêt de CHF 10 millions conclu en octobre 2012, auquel s’ajoute une ligne de crédit supplémentaire de CHF 10 millions, avec une échéance fixée au 31 mars 2015. En outre, une ligne de crédit destinée à l’émission de garanties bancaires de CHF 8 millions est également assurée. Cette démarche, qui témoigne d’une grande confiance de la part des deux actionnaires, assure au groupe Tornos une base financière solide, à des conditions attractives. Il n’existe aucun autre contrat conclut avec des banques ou d’autres partenaires en dehors de ce qui précède.

PDFTornos Group has reviewed its financing. A new private loan is replacing bank credit lines.
Tornos Group has amended its financing structure by putting it on a new contractual basis as follows: Two industrial shareholders are granting credit facilities of CHF 20 million in the form of a CHF 10 million loan granted since October 2012, complemented by an additional credit line of CHF 10 million expiring on March 31, 2015. Furthermore, a credit line of CHF 8 million for the issuance of a bank guarantee is equally granted. This step ensures a solid financial basis at attractive conditions for Tornos Group, and it demonstrates the two shareholders’ great trust. There are no contracts with banks or other partners beyond the aforementioned.
