January 23, 2014Stans, Switzerland Based on the bio-mathematical Search & Match technology, THERAMetrics has accumulated significant intellectual property on global scale, comprising North America, Asia, Europe, and Australia. THERAMetrics has started negotiations on these accumulated assets with a potential client that is interested in acquiring a certain part of them.
The assets of interest comprise certain parts of THERAMetrics’ intellectual property portfolio on peptides for exaggerated angiogenesis, for deregulated immunological disorders, and for certain bacterial and viral indications. The goal is to close this deal within Q1 2014.
This is an additional business development activity to the one as announced on January 16, 2014.
