ALSO Konzern: Übernahme der Alpha International BV

Die ALSO Holding AG hat einen Kaufvertrag bezüglich der Übernahme der Alpha International BV, Nijmegen, Niederlande, unterzeichnet. Das Unternehmen gehört zu 100 Prozent der Saphin BV, Nijmegen, Niederlande.

Alpha International BV vertreibt Drucker- sowie Computerzubehör in Europa. Im Jahre 2012 meldete Alpha International BV einen Umsatz von rund 587 Millionen Euro und beschäftigte rund 108 Mitarbeiter. Die ALSO Holding AG beabsichtigt, 100 Prozent der Anteile der Alpha International BV zu übernehmen. ALSO möchte mit dieser Akquisition die Expertise im Supplies-Geschäft in allen Ländern, in denen Alpha und ALSO vertreten sind, verstärken und weiterentwickeln. Zusätzlich wird ALSO die bestehende Distributionsaktivität in Benelux verstärken, um zukünftig eine dominierende Rolle einzunehmen. Alpha und ALSO Niederlande werden ein gemeinsames Management haben.

Der Vollzug des Kaufs steht unter Vorbehalten, insbesondere der Zustimmung der zuständigen Kartellbehörden.

ALSO Group: Acquisition of Alpha International BV

ALSO Holding AG has signed a purchase contract for the acquisition of Alpha International BV, Nijmegen, Netherlands. The company is wholly owned by Saphin BV, Nijmegen, Netherlands.

Alpha International BV distributes printer and computer accessories in Europe. In 2012, Alpha International BV reported revenue of approximately 587 million euros and had around 108 employees. ALSO Holding AG intends to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Alpha International BV. With this acquisition, ALSO aims strengthen and further develop its expertise in the Supplies business in all countries in which Alpha and ALSO are represented. In addition, ALSO will strengthen its existing Distribution activity in Benelux in order to occupy a dominant role in the future. Alpha and ALSO Netherlands will have a joint management.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to certain conditions, particularly approval by the responsible cartel authorities.
