ADVANCING INVESTMENT IN INNOVATION
During the Sustainable Investment Forum North America we engaged in discussions to accelerate responsible investment with two of our cleantech startups, Sublime Systems and Travertine. They shared why Holcim is the startup partner of choice for scaling up their decarbonization technologies.
UNLEASHING A REGENERATIVE REVOLUTION
Together with systems change company Systemiq, Holcim launched a new approach to help unleash a regenerative revolution in the built environment at Climate Week NYC Goals House.
HOLCIM SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION ACADEMY
We launched the Holcim Sustainable Construction Academy at two key events – Climate Week NYC and the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats Conference in London. This new open-access online course, featuring leading experts from across the built environment, aims to empower the next generation of practitioners to accelerate low-carbon, energy-efficient, circular and regenerative building.
BUILDING NATURE-POSITIVE CITIES
Nature played a prominent role at this year’s Climate Week NYC. WEF launched its "Nature Positive: Leaders' Insights for the Transition in Cities" report, which features a Holcim case study on building blocks for nature-positive cities.
